Any questions?

Our teachers are here to help you learn, grow, and feel confident in a friendly, supportive environment. You’ll call them by their first name, and they’ll be with you every step of the way, making sure you’re making progress while having a positive learning experience.

There are usually about another 10 students in lessons. We encourage our students to work together and, of course, we expect them to be respectful of each other. No-one will be able to see you during your lessons as you won’t be using a webcam, but you’ll be able to see and hear your teacher, who will be using their webcam.

Let your teacher know. You can send them a private message during the lesson if you can, or you can ask a parent / carer to message your teacher for you.

If you can’t, don’t worry. You can always message your teacher after the lesson on the platform or let the Inclusion Team know by sending an email to inclusion@tute.com

If you feel your learning is being disrupted by another student, please message your teacher during the lesson to let them know how you are feeling. If you can’t do this, please ask your parent / carer to email inclusion@tute.com to let us know.

Ask your parent or carer to let your teacher know.  If you can’t do this, that’s fine. Please don’t worry. Just log back in when you can. Remember that you can also watch your lesson on playback if you miss anything!

You can send them a private message during the lesson. You can also message them through the platform.

We know how important it is for you to have a good relationship with your teacher, but we also understand that it doesn’t always feel easy. If this ever happens, please tell us!

We can’t promise to change your teacher every time, but we do promise to listen to you and do our best to make sure you feel happy and comfortable in your lessons. We’re here to support you!

If you are having a problem connecting to your lessons or have sounds or video issues your parent/carer can call 0330 330 9751 (Option 4) to speak with our IT Team.

If your timetable is not showing correctly, your parent/carer can call 0330 330 9751 (Option 1).
