Support for you

At Tute, we’re here to support you in every way we can. When you join us, you’ll have access to a wide range of resources and tools to help you succeed. This is why every student can access our ‘universal support’ offer.

Universal support includes the following:

Lessons have been designed to make them enjoyable, engaging and challenging! All lessons at Tute follow the same pattern, so you will know what to expect. A set structure to your lessons for every subject, helps you to focus on learning.

Your teachers will set tasks in lessons which are matched to what you can do, whilst also allowing you to push yourselves.

You can create a one-page profile (more about those later!).

You can privately message teachers during lessons.

You have access to Bases.

You can email inclusion@tute.com for additional support queries.

You can contact IT support when you need help.

You can use technologies in lesson, such as text to speech, to enable you to get the most from your lessons and learn in the best way for you.

Everyone also has access to this Student Hub which provides links to lots of great resources and more information about how Tute works.

One page profiles

Every young person at Tute can create a one-page profile. This provides an easy way to let your teachers know all about you! Your likes, dislikes, and how you learn best. This means your teachers can really make sure they are delivering their lessons in the best way for you, whether that be using polls, interactive whiteboard features or letting you answer questions privately using the private chat function. At Tute we work really hard to make sure your lessons are tailored to suit you and your needs.

If you have any questions about the one-page profile or your lessons you can email: inclusion@tute.com and we will be happy to help.

Checking your progress

We’re here to help you grow. After each lesson, your teachers will provide feedback to show how you’re doing and offer tips for improvement. You’ll also have opportunities to complete assessments, answer polls, and ask questions during lessons.

If you ever feel unsure about your progress, speak to your teacher. We’re here to help you succeed, every step of the way!
