2026/27 provision update
Our shared provision timetable has been refreshed for September, creating a more balanced day for students and more flexibility for partners.
The subjects available are not changing, and the timetable will continue to run across the full week, with Programme A on Monday and Tuesday and Programme B on Thursday and Friday. Private provision is unaffected, with partners continuing to choose lesson times and structures, subject to availability.
A key benefit of the new structure is that it will become even more flexible as the year progresses. The September timetable will remain in place, but as demand grows, we will add more options to access the same subjects at different points in the day.
This will give partners greater choice and make it easier to build personalised timetables around each student’s wider education and support.
All available options will be clearly visible when booking through the Learning Portal.
We know how much partners value the flexibility to withdraw students as their needs change. That flexibility is not changing, but we are introducing a little more notice to help us plan teaching capacity and group places and to allow more time to support students when their provision ends.
The notice periods for the new academic year will be:
Shared provision: five working days
Private provision: ten working days
Students can continue to be withdrawn through the Learning Portal. Our team is available to help with any questions about withdrawals or planning provision for the new academic year.
